I love this slide deck. Kiran and I still talk with potential clients who aren’t quite sure about social media. They’re just not ready to accept that this digital conversation isn’t just a fad.
And that’s when we pull out the statistics. Followed by the case studies. Followed by the anecdotes. That combination generally stuns, then intrigues, then convinces them that this medium is worth exploring. (And then, of course, the real work of investigating, researching, talking, strategizing, revising, integrating, implementing, monitoring and measuring begins…)
